1 Introduction

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

AceWin99 may support MYR transactions through channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX, together with approved digital-asset options such as BTC or USDT. 6.2 Ownership and Source of Funds

Deposits must normally come from a payment method held in your own name. You must not use AceWin99 to transfer funds between unrelated payment sources, conceal ownership, or conduct transactions unrelated to genuine gaming. 6.3 Withdrawals

7 Bonuses, Rewards, and Promotions

AceWin99 bonuses are governed by these general terms and any promotion-specific rules displayed when the offer is made. Promotion-specific rules prevail where they directly address matters such as minimum deposit, eligibility, wagering requirement, game contribution, expiry, maximum qualifying bet, maximum cash-out, or excluded payment methods.

A wagering requirement of 10x means that the relevant bonus amount, or the deposit and bonus amount where stated, must be wagered ten times before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, if a RM100 bonus has a 10x requirement applied to the bonus only, the qualifying wagering total is RM1,000.

Slots may contribute differently from blackjack, baccarat, roulette, live casino, sports betting, or lottery products. AceWin99 may cancel a bonus and related winnings if a player exceeds the maximum bonus bet, uses excluded games, coordinates play with another account, creates duplicate accounts, or uses a strategy designed solely to exploit a promotion.

8 Casino Games and Sports Betting

Display errors do not create an entitlement to an incorrect payout.

A casino round interrupted by a connection issue will be resolved according to the game provider's recorded result. The server record, rather than an animation shown on a device, determines the valid outcome. Players should use a stable connection and avoid opening the same AceWin99 game simultaneously on multiple devices.

9 Prohibited Activity and Fair Play

You must not use AceWin99 to engage in conduct that is unlawful, dishonest, abusive, or harmful. Prohibited conduct includes:

15 Complaints and Contact Us

16 General Provisions
