From a small team with a big vision to one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms, AceWin99 has grown alongside the players who believed in us from day one. Here's our story.
AceWin99 was founded with one clear goal in mind: to give Malaysian players a genuinely great online gaming experience — one that respects their time, protects their money, and makes every session worth coming back for. The idea was born out of frustration with platforms that were slow to pay, confusing to navigate, and indifferent to their players' needs.
We started small. A compact but passionate team in Kuala Lumpur, a commitment to building something honest, and a deep understanding of what Malaysian players actually want — quick deposits via DuitNow and FPX, competitive odds on Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matches, live casino tables that stream smoothly even on a mid-range Android phone, and customer support that speaks plainly and resolves issues fast.
Over the years, AceWin99 expanded its game library, improved payout speeds, and built out a loyalty ecosystem that genuinely rewards long-term players rather than just dangling flashy welcome bonuses. Today, we serve hundreds of thousands of registered members across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond.
"We didn't want to build just another betting site. We wanted to build the one that Malaysian players could trust — and keep trusting."
— AceWin99 Founding TeamWhat makes AceWin99 different isn't just the size of our game library or the competitiveness of our odds — it's the fact that we genuinely care about the experience on the other side of the screen. Every product decision, every payment integration, every support improvement has been driven by real player feedback collected from the Malaysian community we're proud to serve.
Platform launched with a focused sportsbook product targeting football fans across Peninsular Malaysia. Initial payment support included Maybank and CIMB transfers.
Added live casino tables — baccarat, roulette, and blackjack — powered by certified RNG studios streaming in HD. Player base crossed 50,000 registered accounts.
Launched a fully optimised mobile experience for Android and iOS. DuitNow and FPX payment channels integrated for near-instant deposits and withdrawals.
Introduced the six-tier VIP program — Bronze through Royal Black Diamond — rewarding consistent players with cashback, dedicated managers, and exclusive events.
Added BTC and USDT deposit channels, giving tech-forward players a faster, more private alternative payment method with a 2% crypto deposit bonus.
AceWin99 reached the half-million registered player milestone, cementing its position as one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming destinations.
At AceWin99, our mission is to deliver Malaysia's most complete and trustworthy online gaming experience — combining a wide game selection, fast and fair payments, and a culture of responsible play that puts player wellbeing above short-term profit.
We believe great online gaming is built on three pillars: transparency in how bonuses and odds work, reliability in how quickly players get paid, and integrity in how we handle every piece of player data. These aren't marketing slogans for us — they're the operating principles our team holds itself to every day.
AceWin99 is equally committed to responsible gambling. We actively provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to ensure that gaming remains an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal hardship. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
To be the most recommended online gaming platform among Malaysian players — known not just for our game selection, but for the way we treat the people who play with us.
Every player who deposits, bets, or contacts our support team will be treated with respect, honesty, and the same standard of service — regardless of how much they play.
